Our structured support program

The TOUCH Support Program is delivered in 8 weekly 90-minute sessions, facilitated by trained trauma-informed leaders. Each cohort fosters a safe and connected environment, building progressively towards resilience and empowerment.

Program structure

Small groups (8–12 participants) ensure safety and connection. We provide a structured curriculum, a participant workbook with grounding tools, somatic practices, and optional 1:1 check-ins.

Curriculum overview

Our weekly themes build on each other, covering Safety & Trust, Trauma & the Nervous System, Emotional Regulation, Cognitive Reframing, Boundaries, Resilience & Identity, Support Systems, and Empowerment.

Program outcomes

Participants consistently report improved emotional regulation, reduced isolation, stronger coping skills, greater self-efficacy, a renewed sense of identity and hope, and increased ability to navigate daily challenges.

Who we serve & why we're different

Our programs are designed for adults and older teens navigating complex mental health challenges and trauma histories. We stand apart with our non-clinical, community-based model and facilitators who bring valuable lived experience to foster authentic connection and healing.

Designed for you

The TOUCH Support Program provides a structured pathway for adults and older teens who are navigating PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, Anxiety Disorders, or Depression. It's for those managing trauma histories or chronic stress, seeking community, stability, and practical coping tools, especially if underserved by traditional mental health systems. Our model is intentionally non-clinical, making it accessible to all.

Our unique approach

What sets TOUCH Foundation apart? We have trained facilitators with lived experience. This means our community benefits from a stronger connection, as our facilitators understand the challenges participants face. We utilize tools that we ourselves have found effective, building coping skills, resilience, and empowerment from a place of genuine understanding.
